Dr Cox has been and still remains absolutely brilliant as a tutor and ongoing mentor. Before each session he would gather myself and my colleagues, discuss the case, potential pitfalls and evidence-based theory.
One of the things I found most helpful was his ability to demystify the process and make us feel at ease and competent. Dr Cox was always on hand but also allowed us to have complete freedom and allowed us to learn and understand the tactile requirements of placement which one can only gain from placing implants.
Moving on to the restorative components of the course, Dr Cox was always ready to explain the different processes involved and potential pitfalls and how to recover from them. Dr Cox’s manner and approach to us as students was exemplary, professional, and very enabling.
I couldn’t praise Dr Cox enough and he remains entirely invaluable to me as a mentor, as he still is ready to help and guide my current treatments and treatment plans.
